1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location:
- European Union (EU): 7–14 business days
- International: 14–31 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance or local postal services.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Velaro ships worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will depend on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also check the status of your order anytime through our Track Your Order page. Please allow a few days for tracking details to update after your order has been dispatched.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. 5. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
6. How do I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes, but you may still be eligible for a return once you receive it.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
Velaro accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted to keep your information safe.
